The materials are generally PE and PP.

Compared with non-food packaging, it does not contain plastic additives. It will not release toxic substances during use. For example, the relatively fierce plasticizer in front of it can cause cancer and is used in PVC packaging. Previous cling film was made of PVC, but because of its insecurity, it is now being replaced by PE cling film.

PE's softness and mechanical properties are worse than PP, which means that the products have general supermarket shopping bags, plastic wrap, garbage bags and so on.

PP is hard, anisotropic (it is easy to tear when there is a gap), good mechanical properties, high temperature performance is better than PE, and it is a bread bag.

The most used vacuum packaging is mainly film materials, of course, also used in bottles and cans. The film materials used for vacuum packaging of foods must be in an optimal state for the packaging effect, aesthetics and economy of various foods. At the same time, food vacuum packaging also has high requirements for the opacity and stability of materials. When a single material cannot meet these requirements, the package is often composed of a variety of different materials. According to the above materials, the product needs to be customized according to its requirements. Generally, vacuum packaging bags are composite, and common true packaging bags have composite types:

Two-layer composite: PA/PE or PA/RCPP; PET/PE or PET/RCPP

Three-layer composite: PET/PA/PE; PET/AL/RCPP; PA/AL/RCPP

Four-layer composite: PET/PA/ AL/RCPP

The bag type of the vacuum packaging bag can be customized according to the customer's requirements. The common bag type has a three-side seal, a middle seal organ, a side seal, a stand-up pouch, etc.
